A purist at heart, our Executive Chef Robert Bandy is committed to partnering with select local farmers and purveyors to use the freshest ingredients that reflect the season and the region. Molecular Gastronomy is intriguing to him, and he employs many of those techniques to transform familiar ingredients into something that looks, feels and tastes differently to the senses.
Our thoughtful menu reimagines classic milltown staples by marrying simple flavors with refined cooking techniques. Influences that range from French classical to the Lowcountry lend depth to the humble Southern standbys of the region.
